Executing a HR Technology project has two distinct, but equally important dimensions.  The first dimension is focused on the deployment activities in accordance with the plan.  The second dimension is focused on helping ensure that the activities performed, help the organization achieve its stated objectives.
 
Hundreds of decisions are taken in the process of adapting the selected application, to the needs of the organization.  The decisions when looked at narrowly may seem logical, but when looked at from a big picture perspective,  be found to negatively impact the outcomes.

Project Guidance Process

Clarity

The purpose of this stage is to establish a clear connection between the objectives and the approach.  In this stage, Xalence works with the stakeholders to establish the success measures to be achieved.  These measures are cascaded into the individual process areas in scope, to ensure that each process area is aligned with the overall objectives.

Understanding these measures enables Xalence to guide the effort in alignment with the expectations. 

Monitoring

Monitoring focuses on uncovering the areas of potential impact, based on choices made during the execution of the HR Technology initiative. In addition to monitoring, Xalence serves as a reliable and independent voice.  We do so, by providing inputs where required, and through enhancing the collaboration between HR, IT and the Implementer. 

The advisor from Xalence will be engaged fully, during the analysis and design stages of the engagement, and subsequently on an as needed or periodic basis.
 
The purpose of this service is to help stakeholders make effective decisions that support the stated objectives of the initiative.
